Beginning his career as a CPA in public accounting, Tom transitioned to industry, where he refined his skills at the US division of Britain's largest travel tour operator. In this role, he not only oversaw all US financial reporting but also played a pivotal role in the development and implementation of the largest computer reservations system in the United States.
Tom's diverse career has seen him specialize in various industries, with a strong focus on real estate encompassing property management, commercial real estate development, multi-family development, and land improvement. Additionally, he has deep expertise in travel, small to medium-sized manufacturing companies, and retail sectors.
His role as a financial visionary is central to his contributions, where he combines traditional CFO responsibilities with operations, IT, customer service, and research and development oversight. Tom's unique blend of skills has proven invaluable in his capacity as an investor liaison, fostering strong relationships with banks and equity investors and maintaining calm during times of crisis.
Tom is passionate about helping business owners navigate financial complexities, offering his services as a part-time CFO.
